website promotion

I am looking for individuals who can bring members into a new social networking website. This is not a dating site; this is a site for people to interact, post topics, share opinions, jokes, videos, etc. We need active members. To get credit for your member, you must have them post an introduction stating your name, thus you will be compensated for this member. Once the member has been active (meaning contributes to the site in posting several times a week)for a month, you will be compensated for this member.

I will pay, thru pay pal, $.50-$1.00 per active member.

Am looking for two individuals who can complete this project. Project will be on-going until such time I feel promotion is no longer necessary.
