I need two different type of service. Please read carefully and provide quote and time estimate.

1) Web site redesign. Please use your copyright images/pictures and design a logo as well as new layout of out site to look professional. We don't need web hosting. No Flash needed. The ultimate product would be static HTML with CSS stylesheets.

2) 4 separate brochures for different topics - real estate. stocks, study and company general. Not sure the brochure size but need professional recommendation. Main purpose of the brochure is to be distributed in the trade shows or on the street or in companies.
