turn pdfs into html

Hi all,
I need someone to turn pdf documents into html and format it properly with line breaks and such.
There are 3 pdf documents with 8 to 10 pages each. They are images so you will need to ocr them. I will provide details for how to ocr as well as relevant software. A few missing/missspelled characters is no problem.
I need it done ASAP, so only bid if you can start NOW, and tell me how long to complete.
Also if you know programming languages such as c++ or php , or are experienced in graphic/web design, let me know as I will have projects of such nature later.

People some of these bids are ridiculous, $300?? $200?? all you have to do is ocr and add the line breaks I am not even asking you to check for accuracy of ocr. shouldn't take more than a few hours, Its more repetitive than anything else.
Please bid reasonably.
