I need a clean and sleek design for the latest Dolphin.

I need to be able to apply the design by simply copying the images/CSS and HTML over the templates/tmpl_uni directory. NO CODE CHANGES!!!

11) do NOT bid if you have no clue what dolphin is

point 2) GOOD english, that is.
point 3) you'll also get reported as spammer.
point 5) indians who state they can do anything, but when asked for proof disappear or ask for budget increase, need not apply.
