Wordpress blog clone

Need to install a wordpress blog that clones http://justintadlock.com/options/ Plus need to add a few widgets on the right nav bar. Namely Blogrush, Mybloglog and Twitter (accounts will be provided) Payment made after installation and I expect this to be completed pretty fast. This should be very easy for those who already know.
