Website design, logo and favicon

I need help with the graphic design of a new site - not the construction of the site or any technical design work - only the graphic design. But it must of course be a design that is possible to make for a good programmer. I give you details of what kind of site it will be, and also a simple image showing the functions that must be there. You leave the web design work as an image file, jpg or tiff. The logotype shall be in both bitmap and vector graphic - and there shall be a ready to use favicon file.

You need to be a good designer and have the knowledge of web site construction to make a design that is possible to do. You leave three different proposal for each of - web site, logo and favicon.

I will chose a provider that seems to be confident with the project and give me a good price. I will pay for the work, but if none of the designs will make me satisfied I will come back to another provider to offer him to do the project - until I am satisfied. If I find a good designer there be more work to do.
