This project will be quick and simple for the right person. I need contact information as a CSV file in the following format:

Sub-Category (Under Real Estate), Company, Address, City, State, Zip, phone, email, URL.

I need all sub-categories and "related" categories listed on the following url: http://www.yellowpages.com/nationwide/category_validation/real-estate?expansion_factor=4

I am also interested in having somebody provide me the same information for "We Buy Houses" businesses and also "Hard Money Lenders" with active websites. There are many out there, just put those search terms in Google to get an idea.
