Turn Text Files into PDFs

I have created three separate text documents that will be for my ebooks or mini-guides.

What I need is somebdoy to read through these three files, fix any punctuation errors, and format it to be readable. This means short paragraphs, bold sentences throughout, and also a nice look to the page.

i'd like to have a cover page, page numbers, and a title on each page with my website link on the bottom of each page.

Please let me know if you understand what I'm looking for, if you have done something like this before, and also if you need any further information to get a better understanding of this work.
