This is a very simple application.

The application will go to a small list of torrent tracking sites and submit a torrent supplied by a user. The application should log into any sites that require a log in and provide a captcha if one is required for the user to fill in. The application would then just submit the torrent with the given information. This will be for only 3-4 sites!

The application should include support for HTTP and sock 5 proxies. These proxies should be able to be loaded from a list and should rotate (as in one proxy for each submission).

This is all the program needs to do. The user interface will be very simple.

The budget for the project is fairly low so please bid accordingly!
