Something similar to facebook.com and plaxo.com (simple and easy yet with so many features)

- User Profiles (personal profile/professional profile/business profile)
With photo gallery (tagging, etc like facebook) / wall posts / etc
- Video sharing (Users should be able to upload and share videos)

- Events
- Recruitment (for both job seekers and employee seekers)
- Ask & Answers
- Chat
- Discussion forums
