Reminder Website Design & Development

I am looking for someone to create me a new website which will allow people to register and, after login store dates for reminders which will be sent via email.

This project includes the design of the site, development of databases and PHP code and uploading to our server.

I am flexible with regards to the design of this website, but it should look modern, warm and friendly and be as simple as possible to use.
