Redirect problem oscommerce site

We have moved a Cre Loaded website from A windows server to Linux server with 1and1.

We are getting an error possibly due to configuration where when accessing admin and other such pages gives he following error,

"The page isn't redirecting properly"

Have changed up the config files and believe they are correct, so the problem might be elsewhere. This project is to solve this problem.
