Project 087 - Web Design + Content Management System

A. This project will require someone with design and programming skills together. The design is already created and is in psd format. However, the design is horrible so it needs a new design but similar to the structure.

B. Need a content management system. Either a custom or joomla is fine. As long as you can setup all the page structures accordingly to what we need.

C. You will be responsible for inserting all the content and images properly that we provide.

D. Please provide links to your work. Design and content management systems. Please only provide links that are related to this project.
