I need to build a small - basic system to manage sportspicks (betting advisory) on a domain that I own to start the own website.
Functions:

- New pick
- Manage / Delete pick
- Average return from bets websites
- Input of final result
- Automatic assignment of right or wrong pick
- Pick status (Coming soon / Pending / Done)
- Stats (Right and wrong picks on total, separated by sports)

A pick have these vasriables (Location / Time / Description / Sport / League / Pick [Example: Winner A,B or draw.] Return / Final result /Got pick ? [The picks was right or wrong])

All the script may be in PHP or Flah
I need the access system as well
