I am looking for a database which we can track the repairs of mobile phones.
The database would need to have a customer table to include all the normal client details (Name, surname, address, town, county, postcode, Phone number, mobile number, email etc)
This table should be searchable by mobile number and customer surname and display results accordingly.
When you click on the client name another form should appear to allow the technician to input details of the phones problems (Make, model, IMEI, date, problem discription, status and location)

Each client may have multible repairs against their name.

The interface must be simple to allow our technicians to add, edit and delete information quickly.

Also, I need the job asap....

When a phone is booked in there must be an option at the end to print out all the details including: bokked in by (technician name), client details and phone repair details on one sheet to give to the client

Status options are: Booked in, out for repair, awaiting parts, Completed, BER.

Reports must be available to show:
All booked in (by date and time),
All Completed (by date and time)
