I need some help with coding websites for my company. I am currently running a lot of projects and I do not want my clients to suffer because I am too busy. This is a part-time position. I need someone who will be working in the US eastern standard time zone for 4 hours/day. If you are a company bidding, I will need direct access to who will be doing the work. I don't want someone to relay the information to a 3rd party. Someone who has a EXCELLENT understanding of the English language is required.

The person will need to slice PSD files, code HTML/CSS pages, update html/css and tableless html/css. php experience preferrable
