I need 4 one-way links from PR5+ pages RELATED to car rental/ cars/ automotive

01. Links must be permanent and placed on pages with PR5+ (not homepage pr).
02. Links must be DO Follow and white SEO. (No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages)
03. Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses.
04. I don't accept links from DROPPED/NEW DOMAINS (in the last 5 months) - very important.
05. The link must contain my keyword phrase in ANCHOR and TITLE.
06. I don't accept footer links

You must provide me the list of links in .xls document with the URL page, PR page, DATE added and IP.

This must be an easy project for experienced link builders. This is the first step for this website promotion, I have other websites too if I'm happy with the results.
