Our current site looks like this: http://www.qcw.com.au (We don't have a backup of our original site or theme).

We need a "PHP-Nuke" Theme created for this website so that it looks exactly the same.

Reason why:
The above site is made in DotNetNuke and is running on a Windows Server. We are moving our site to a new server but that is running Linux. So we need the above site re-created for use on a PHP Server. So we need the site theme re-created in "PHP-NUKE".

It will need to have a shop added, so that people can book for conferences direct from our website (through PayPal).
