Oscommerce new design and move of old database

We want to renew / professionalise the design of our oscommerce shop and make it work with our old database as we are moving to another webhost. The colors have to match our logo. It can be a clean new install of oscommerce with a different / professional design different to the standard oscommerce design, but simpler is better, so not too fancy design that may decrease the user experience/ease of shopping. In short the following modules is needed: shipping cost pr item, paypal payment, language packs, credit card payment, focus product on front page, Search engine friendly urls.
