One page Website Design CSS+XHTML

Hello,

I need a one page website design using css+xhtml. The design will be for an electrical company.
The design should look the same in IE6/7 and Firefox
I would prefer to see a mock-up of the site, then once the design is agreed, then the coding can start.

I would like to see examples of previous css+xhtml work only

I will have regular work for the successful applicant
