New Website Design

This project needs to be done semi-quickly and I need good communication. Right now I have a logo for a company that needs an online presence. It is going to be a website for a web development company. The logo is attached and the tagline or motto is: "All solutions. Complete Solutions."

This company focuses on setting up new businesses with online presences along with any other web development services.

I have attached the logo and since I am not creative myself, I am looking for a creative freelancer to get this job done. Logo is attached; and tag line needs to be incorporated. As always, even semi mock ups will help me decide which bidder to choose.
