We are looking for a company that has experience with this kind of a system using PHP/MySQL and XML/Soap. Specifically with the dealer back, or zip back feature (you should know what that means). I am looking for a company with experience, because I'm not sure of all the requirements, and want to follow the best practices. You should be able to show me an example of your work on a website. I have it working with 1 partner, so would be able to provide starter code, and database design.

PARTNERS
Will need to work with Dealix, AutoByTel, JumpStart, Detroit Trading and AutoUSA (specs to be provided).
Will need to be designed in a way that can easily add new partners.

FRONT END
Select Vehicle
- Will need a javascript form to allow customer to select a make and model (i.e. select Ford, and then the second drop down displays all the Ford models). After selecting, this will ping our partners, and then display dealer results on the next page.

Customer Information
- Will need to collect customer information, and display dealers returned from the ping above.
- Will need to have standard form validation and error handling (i.e. valid email, etc)

Confirmation
- Information from previous step is stored. Thank you page will be displayed.

LEAD PROCESSING
Post
- Each of the dealers selected will be posted the information (through the partner) in a post (XML/SOAP).

Post Status
- Some partners provide a method for checking the status. If its available, this should be designed for.

Reporting
- Daily, monthly leads
- leads by make, and make/model
- leads sold through which partners
- leads sold by dealer
- rejected leads
- customer search and details

Extra Notes
- Partners provide a way to debug. There should be an easy way for us to send sample leads so they get processed through the partners debugging system.


We have many other features that we would like to have added in the future, but we want to get started with this. If you get the deal for this, it will likely mean we will go to you for future enhancements.
