freeware is ok for the forum as long as we can get it set up like this with the ads. Members will need to verify email address upon signup

I also need something setup to share banner revenue with my users based on their number of posts. Say the forum earns 300 dollars on day 1 I will keep 50% for myself and credit that amount to users based on a percentage of their posts. so I would enter in $150 and it would calculate based on the number of posts and assign that much to that user and keep track of their earnings then them submit paypal info when they want to withdraw. please pm questions
