We're looking for a very trendy and clean web design like uk2.net, arsys.es, hostalia.com, and skype.com for our European-based web hosting company. The programmer should provide the XHTML/CSS/Javascript for us to add content to. No CMS is required. We simply need the header, content, and footer elements.

The web site is launching mid-december.

Here is the description of what we offer and what we're looking for:

- We offer 3 different shared hosting plans with similar characteristics like PHP 5.2, RoR, Perl, Tomcat, ColdFusion 8, MySQL, and PostgreSQL support. We also offer 1-click installs for Mambo CMS, Drupal, Typo3, WordPress, osCommerce, phpBB, picture gallery, Joomla, and others. Our servers are RedHat Enterprise. So some of those logos should be incorporated into the design. We will to show a comparison chart.

- We sell a long list of TLD domain names like .it, .es, .at, .ch, and .com/.net/.org, etc. Registrar logos: OpenSRS. Some of those logos should be incorporated into the design.

- Web site languages: English & Italian. UK and Italy flags should be used, preferably towards the top right of the page.

- Text/CSS-based navigation with nice tabs like uk2.net, skype.com.

- Well-formed XHTML/CSS design that works in IE6/7/8, Firefox, & Safari. Must use DIVs and very clean code. W3C compliant.

- CSS layout for Print (hide navigation and show logo, main page content and copyright)

- All styles and javascript must be in external CSS and js files

- Attention to accessibility
- body font-size: 62.5%;
- p font-size: 1.1em (or more depending on the design)
- page content max width 96em (roughly 960 pixels wide), center aligned
