price is a concern here. payment made after job is complete. need done in about 2-3 weeks.

this is a relist, the last guy could not come close to doing what i asked, this is a tight budget and a tight timeline, but i have alot of jobs in the pipeline if you do good work.

I am a project manager, I work where I do not get paid until my clients are happy with their finish product. therefore do not request any up front payment. AFter I have worked with you for a while sure, but not at first. if you can't accecpt those terms dont' bid.

however I do have plenty of programming references (some even from this site) that I would be happy to pass along.
