Freelance Script

I need a freelance script developed from scratch. The requirements are as follows:

* Need 3 dashboards
- Buyer
- Designers
- Trainers and Facilitators

The user interface must look similar to mozilla or the scribd website. I should be able to add additional tabs from the back-end if required. The website must use XHTML, CSS heavily and should be template based with clear separation between the presentation and the logic.

Paypal payment gateway must be integrated with the provision to change the paypal-id from back-end.

The workflow must be functional.

Before placing a bid, please provide me the following information:

- Workflow in the form of flowchart
- Rough webpage designs, navigation etc.
- Portfolio of your work

Only reasonable bids will be accepted. If you believe your bid is reasonable, write a PMB with more information - what extra or better your company provides.

All copyright must be transferred to us on completion. The script must not be re-used with the exception that you may re-use some components in other projects but not sell the product as a whole to any other company.
