We are looking to build a relationship with a quality web developer or company that can meet the needs of our current and future clients.
This project in particular is for the development of a flash based website. It will be approximately 5 main sections with a few sub-sections. Will require SOME flash and a unique design.
All pics and categories + logo will be prepared
Also we need a cms where its possible to add change delete text and pics

In order to be awarded this project, you will need to produce the following items to be considered for the project :

- Current list of your best web design projects.
- Timeline of how long the site will take for you to design the site.
- Cost of the site design
- Mock layout of your proposed site (MANDATORY)

One thing we have learned from these online sites that bid on projects is that most of the time, when we award a project to someone, they don’t follow through with what they promise or the final product turns out nothing like the original proposal. We wasn´t happy with Indian companies in the past please if you are from Romania place your bid.

We are looking for clean, unique designs that are flashy and keep visitors from leaving after the first few clicks.
We also have learned not to pay in advance.
