Fix hacked Wordpress and HTML

Wed, 14 Jan 2009 20:50:48 GMT

Budget: N/A
Category: PHP, Wordpress, Security, System Administration, Website Design

I have two sites I need fixed. They seem like they've been hacked and made almost useless.

The first is just a basic HTML directory / website.

www.joelmackey.com/entertainment

It has sub-directories and they also have the same issues which just opens each page as a download.

The next site is a Wordpress Installation and comes up with a weird username / password login when visiting the site.

www.openpresswire.com

I don't believe any of these issues should be too hard to correct but I don't have the time to mess around with it.

Please confirm in PMB that you know how to fix both issues. Thanks!
