I need help finishing up a flash menu that I created, as well as using the buttons to link to other pages in the same window.

What I need done to the flash file:
1. Be made transparent so when I put it on a html window with a background, it doesnt have awhile box around it.
2. I set behaviors on all the buttons in the flash file and put what page I want it to link to, but I am not sure how to make it so it opens in a frame in the same window

What I need done when the flash file is complete:
1. I have an html document that I started but I want to insert frames so the menu is in the top frame, and whatever page the button is supposed to load, will apear in the frame underneath
