I search a programmer to create a service of Filehosting based on technology bittorrent.

Operation:
the visitor upload his file on my website in a traditional way. My website gives him the link bittorrent to download its file.
When another visitor clicks on this link, its bittorrent software (bitcomet, azureus...)starts and the download is done.
It is the hosting which will allow this download but also the other people who download the file, as for the bittorrent network traditional.

Caution: I do not want a site like mininova but like rapidshare or megaupload

My website must have a space member and a admin space.
