Hi,

I'm looking to set up a excel or access database, To export every month my Quick Books reports, and then be able to run reports. To compare month to month, quarter to quarter reports year to year, same period last year and other flexibilities.

Also have an option to add a additional account in the database or additional expanses and it should update the reports.

Example of reports needed:

Purchasing Reports
Purchasing Reports by Vendor
Aged inventory report
Inventory items no activity report,
Inventory Reports – Items on hand
Profit & Loss reports
Profit & Loss by Item
Profit & Loss by Job
Sales By Item report
Balance Sheet Reports
