What I need done:
I need an education/news portal for the Forex business. The portal would be graphic/video heavy and text light (flash site). The interface would be intuitive and easily navigated via one window. All videos would be borderless and be offered as VOD and live. The portal would be segmented into three categories such as beginner, intermediate and advanced. Each segment would offer materials pertinent only to that category. Example: Beginner- one automatic play interface video demonstrating how to navigate, nine VOD training videos, webinar access times and dates in the same window via an icon and links to alternative data. Intermediate- one automatic play interface video demonstrating how to navigate, nine VOD training videos, webinar access times and dates in the same window via an icon, live news that populates within the window, link to other VOD news segments that populates in the main window and links to alternative data.

In terms of style, I want to follow the concept in the link attached above. This portal should be very light and easily navigated via one window. From the home page to the news center, all would be accessed and delivered through one window on one page.

Specific expertise that I am seeking:
You should have experience designing and developing video and training websites. Experience with search engine optimization is an added plus.

Timeframe for delivery:
I need to have this up and running within two months.
