Dotnetnuke skin design

What we want:
We have a web site using Dotnetnuke (DNN) as the content management engine. We bought a ready made html template and we would like this template converted into a DNN skin. In addition to this implementation, if necessary, do the additional icons, banners and other design related stuff. The template has some flash menus. Those menus should be renamed with the names we provide.
