I will identify a directory of 10,000 listings (not dmoz).

Your job is to spider the entire directory (to be provided to winner), pull out the url's, save the url and category, then do a whois lookup and pull out the company, contact name (if available), address, city, state, country, phone and email for the registrant owner. Each category may have multiple pages.

I need a perl script that can do this for a specific directory. No need for an interface, willing to run at the command line, just pull data and save.
