Company logo, business card template

Logo needed for software development company.
Company Name is "Ground Labs"
Theme colors are Light blue (R:78 G:143 B:224), Dark blue (R:0 G:44 B:130)
The logo should not be too complicated in design - the simpler the better.
It must be provided in vector format (SVG or similar), not as a bitmap.
Copyright for the logo image must be assigned to Ground Labs on completion of the project.
A business card template is also required containing this logo.
