CSS layout expert

We are looking for a CSS layout expert. This is a project to test your skills.

We have a multi-level menu here: http://clients.chromemedia.com/~sandbox/templates/menu/
This is the Son of Suckerfish menu, using the hover.htc fix for IE.

Requirements:
We would like the menu to be centered in the page
The menu must work and look consistent in IE 7 / IE 6 / Firefox 3 / Firefox 2 / Safari
The menu must be able to handle additional links (as it will be in a CMS and we have no control of what can get added)
The menu must support at least 4 levels, but unlimited would be nice
We do not need design (colors / fonts), just structure / layout
No JavaScript whenever possible

CSS developer must understand the difference between "strict" and "quirks" mode and how to activate.
